7:45 AM - Circuit Training

Leave your “lazy” at the door for this medium-high intensity class!! Participants will move from station to station, utilizing hand weights, kettle bells, stability balls, and more to enhance agility, speed, power and strength. This is Boot Camp-style cardio, interval, and strength training at its best!!

8:00 AM - 30-Min Endurance

A 30 minute high intensity class focusing on developing cardio endurance through the use of tabata style workouts and body weight movement.

Level: Intermediate to Advanced

8:30 AM - Boxercising

Get ready to jab, kick, cross andpunch during these high intensity cardio classes. Join us forthisgreat aerobic class while you work on muscle toning, coordination andstrength building. Sure to leave you exhausted and loving it, this class is a“can’t miss” class!!

9:30 AM - Barre

This class focuses on creating a functional, varied and challenging workout which carries over into daily activities outside of the gym. This full-body workout targets every muscle group by incorporating small isometric movements that help work smaller muscles that may often get ignored.Classes include use of mats, mini-balls, and small hand weights to sculpt and stretch your entire body. Students do not need to bring a mat or any additional equipment to attend class.

11:00 AM - Low-Impact

Join us forthis low intensity 50-minute class wheresafe, effective exercises are key!! Combining cardio, stretching and muscle toning movements that are performed in a standing position. This class caters to everyone, bothbeginner and senior level.

5:30 PM - Yoga Foundations

A beginner Yoga Vinyasa class for everybody! Learn the basic foundations of Vinyasa, or flow-based yoga, You’ll learn and practice Sun Salutations, basic balance poses and gentle floor work which are at the core of any Vinyasa-style yoga practice. Explore proper alignment and breathing while developing strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive and welcoming environment. Taught by our on-staff physical therapist

Level: Beginner to Intermediate.

6:30 PM - H.I.I.T Training

This High Intensity Interval Training class is sure to get your heart pumping and your muscles moving!! 30-45 minutes of intense, interval-stylefull-body strength training with bursts of high impact cardio will increase your endurance, stamina, and strength while helping you lose weight and tone your body.

Class members will enjoy an intense Vinyasa FlowYoga class, where flowing posturesand strength building are key. This aerobically challenging class is open to beginners as well as advanced participants. Come experience the harmony of body movement and flow.

9:30 AM - Pilates Barre Fusion

A complete workout to strengthen and define your entire body. With this innovative workout combining both core strengthening principles of Pilates and the lengthening elements of dance you will work every majorand minor muscle group.

10:30 AM - Body-Fit 30-Min

It’s the perfect full body workout created for all fitness levels, and it's only available at North Beach! Weight training & Cardio class focuses on teamwork & strengthens all your major muscle groups, Body-Fit will deliver results! Get leaner, get stronger, using weights, bands, cardio and more in an inspiring, motivating group atmosphere with fantastic music and an awesome instructor. 11:00 AM - Yoga All Levels

A feel-good yoga class designed to help us stretch and strengthen while providing an opportunity to feel more wholeness and connection with our minds, bodies and spirits.

5:30 PM - Plyo Power & Strength

This class will focus on functional strength and mobility with body weight and resistance-based core movements. You will work progressively through exercises to safely prepare for more challenging skills. These skills will better prepare you for activities outside the gym. We will also be organizing team-based obstacle race events for anyone looking to test their abilities.

6:00 PM - Spin

Ready to burn 700+ calories? Join us for60 minutes of high intensity cycling that will be sure to leave you wanting more!! Our light and temperature controlled Spin room allows participants to get in the zone during steep hill climbs and fast-paced sprints… Sign up for your bike the day of class… Bring your A-game and water bottle, we’ll provide the towel and the workout!!

6:30 PM - Boxing Bag Drill

Train like a pro boxer during this 60 minute intense workout. Perfect for someone looking for a fun, high-intensity, challenging workout… this class will definitely leave you drenched!! You will learn different boxing combinations while increasing stamina, flexibility and endurance. Gloves and wraps available but bring your own if you have them!!

Come feel the benefits of Pilates!! Pilates is designed to strengthen, tone, and elongate your muscles using distinct controlled movements combined with breathing techniques. Besides lengthening and sculpting muscle, participants will improve their posture, flexibility, and body awareness. This is a low impact class, suitable for any age and any exercise level.

11:00 AM - Restorative Yoga

Stressed? Overwhelmed? Treat yourself to some relaxation time with our low impact Yoga class. Escape into a state of calm, while focusing on stretching and breathing techniques.

4:30 PM - Zumba

A Latin dance fitness program involving aerobic elements and, of course, booty-shakin’ beats!! “Samba”-off those extra calories to Latin and hip-hop inspired music, while benefiting from a great cardio work out!!

Increase your metabolism, burn fat and increase strength. This class incorporates free weights, bands, and core work in a motivating inspiring group.

Full Stretch, as the name suggests, is all about setting aside dedicated time to stretch your muscles. Exercisers tend to focus on the workout and neglect the recovery. Enjoy the benefits of a full body stretch during this half-hour class. Learn the correct way to stretch while improving posture and flexibility.

11:00 - Pilates

New to group fitness? Looking for something with a low to moderate intensity? Look no further!!Combining cardio, stretching, and muscle toning movements that can be performed standing or in a seated position.

Saturday

8:00 AM - XtremeFit

A high intensity workout program, utilizing & strengthening every part of the body, through an array of movements; mainly, lifts and gymnastics. Just as every participant is different from one another, so are the workouts. We use dumbbells, bars, kettlebells, jump ropes, climbing ropes, rings, sandbags, and more with basic functional moves like squatting, pressing, dead lifting, running, and jumping.

Level: Intermediate to Advanced
