We are excited to announce a new collaboration with Twitch to celebrate the launch of Dawntrail! Players will be able to get their hands on some neat in-game items as well as the adorable Chocorpokkur mount by watching participating FINAL FANTASY XIV streamers live on Twitch.

Campaign Rewards

Watch any participating Twitch channel streaming FINAL FANTASY XIV Online with the "Viewer Rewards" tag and receive item codes for the following rewards based on how many accumulative hours watched:

  • 1 Hour Watched: EXP Boost Meal Set (Buttery Mogbiscuit & Fat Choco Choco) x10
  • 3 Hours Watched: Aetheryte Ticket x10
  • 6 Hours Watched: Chocorpokkur Whistle (Mount) x1

How to Participate

  • Log in to your Twitch account (if necessary, first create a Twitch account for free at Twitch.tv).
  • Visit one of the participating Twitch channels currently streaming FINAL FANTASY XIV Online with the "Viewer Rewards" tag to begin accumulating watch time and earning rewards.
  • Streamers should check that they have enabled the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online campaign found in the Open Reward Campaign (inside Creator Dashboard > Rewards).
  • Item code rewards will be earned once the "required hours watched" criteria has been met for each individual item and delivered via Twitch system notifications.
  • Streams played in the background or via inactive tabs won't count towards the hours watched criteria.
  • Please note that the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online Twitch Viewer Rewards campaign will begin on 2 July 2024 at 8:00 (GMT) / 9:00 (BST) / 18:00 (AEST). Any hours watched before this date and time will not count towards the reward criteria. Any hours watched while the channel is not live streaming FINAL FANTASY XIV with the category set to "FINAL FANTASY XIV Online" will also not count towards the reward criteria.

Redeeming Your Item Code(s)

  • Log into the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station with your Square Enix account.
  • Under "Registration Codes" select "Enter Item Code," then follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your code(s).
  • Please ensure you select the appropriate service account and character as the recipient of the items.

Item Code Details

  • A service account for FINAL FANTASY XIV must be registered to your Square Enix account in order to use these item codes. Item codes cannot be redeemed on a Free Trial account.
  • Reward items will be distributed to a single character of your choice on a selected service account.
  • Item codes can only be redeemed once.
  • Please do not lose these item codes, as replacement codes cannot be issued.
  • The transfer or sale of these item codes by any means is strictly prohibited.
  • It may be possible to obtain these items via other means in the future.
  • These item codes do not expire. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Square Enix reserves the right to establish an expiration date for these item codes by providing advance notice via appropriate channels.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I participate in the campaign if I do not have an active FINAL FANTASY XIV subscription?

Any viewer with a Twitch account can participate in the campaign to receive FINAL FANTASY XIV item codes. However, the item codes can only be redeemed on an active FINAL FANTASY XIV service account.

Can I participate in the campaign if I only have a FINAL FANTASY XIV Free Trial account?

Yes. However, these item codes cannot be redeemed on a Free Trial account. Item codes can only be redeemed on an account that has registered the full version of FINAL FANTASY XIV (Starter Edition/A Realm Reborn, Complete Edition, etc.).

Can I participate in the campaign if I do not have a FINAL FANTASY XIV service account or a Square Enix Members account?

Any viewer with a Twitch account can participate in the campaign to receive FINAL FANTASY XIV item codes. However, the item codes can only be redeemed on an active FINAL FANTASY XIV service account. Square Enix Members accounts are not related to FINAL FANTASY XIV and will not work for item redemption.

How do I confirm which channels are eligible for the campaign?

All FINAL FANTASY XIV Online streams on Twitch with the "Viewer Rewards" tag will count towards earning rewards.

Where can I find my campaign rewards once I've earned them?

The campaign reward codes will be delivered to the user's Twitch notification inbox once they have been earned. The codes will remain there until the user deletes the message and can be referred to at any time.

What should I do if I'm having a problem receiving my code on Twitch?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your code(s) to appear in your Twitch notifications box. After this period has elapsed, we ask that you contact Twitch Customer Support for any further enquiries: https://help.twitch.tv/s/contactsupport

Are there any restrictions on which regions are eligible to receive the campaign rewards?

There are no regional restrictions to participate in the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online Twitch Viewer Rewards campaign. However, please note that the campaign rewards cannot be redeemed on FINAL FANTASY XIV accounts for the Korean or Chinese versions.
